Heli Rekula is the Finnish artist recipient of the 2008 International Artist Exchange Award between Ireland and Finland. Heli Rekula is undertaking a residency at Temple Bar Gallery and Studios in Dublin. The 2008 Irish/Finnish Art Exchange Award is organised in collaboration with HIAP; Helsinki International Artist-in-Residence Programme, FRAME, The Finnish Fund for Art Exchange, Temple Bar Cultural Trust and Arts Council of Ireland.
